Hours: 4 – 10 hour shifts, Weekend Rotation
Call: Weekends, Holidays, After Hours (starting at 6:30PM); 30 minute call Response Time

As Echo Vascular Tech, this position performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians. Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patients clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certified with the Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required upon hire
- Registered Vascular Sonographer (RDVS or RVT); if not currently registered, must be registered within 6 months of hire
- BLS required
- 3+ years of experience as an Echocardiographer in all modalities of Echo with adult and geriatric patients
- Vascular Ultrasound experience preferred
- Must have TEE, Stress Echo experience
- Inpatient testing experience for neonate, pediatrics, adolescent preferred
- Able to meet the 30 minute call requirement
