We are assisting a client in their search for a Home Health Sales Representative with proven, verifiable experience/performance in healthcare sales, specifically out of home health care and/or hospice to join the Hill Country sales team. Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are must haves!

Territory:  New Braunfels & surrounding areas

Highly competitive annual base salary up to $100,000 + lucrative bonus opportunities based on Admissions/Quota which can double your base salary!

The Business Development Liaison is responsible for developing new referral sources, maintaining those relationships and consistently promoting the agency. The Liaison is also responsible for implementing the sales/marketing plan that will meet or exceed the company’s overall business plan, census goals and financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High energy, go-getter – someone who will always represent the Home Health/Hospice agency in a highly professional manner
  • Local market/industry knowledge with established referral sources and contacts you can cultivate (hospice and/or home health) and a strong ability to prospect effectively
  • Proven, verifiable performance and able to talk specifics on your sales numbers
  • Ability to use Sales Force software effectively to communicate and track your activity
  • Must have a stable work history, strong work ethic, and looking for a long term home
