Hospital is offering up to $18,000 hiring bonus for for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $12,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment – this in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered on your first day of employment.
This position is open to any level of RNs, including Residents.
Shifts Available:
- 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
- 24 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Experience required for RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Experience required for Acute Care RN: At least one (1) year of Nursing experience
- (Preferred) Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
