The Nurse Manager will oversee the Mother Baby unit and mentor the clinical staff. Will be responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing or related field
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs
  • At least one (1) year of RN experience in a hospital/acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals, etc.)
  • Experience as a Nurse Manager or Asst. Nurse Manager in OB, Postpartum, or L&D

Preferred:

  • Two (2) years  of Clinical experience in area of specialty – working in Postpartum and/or Labor & Delivery department in a Hospital
  • Master’s degree in nursing or related field
