Outstanding opportunity for an experienced RN/Hospice Director-Patent Care Manager (DCS/PCM) to join an exceptional organization providing caring and compassionate hospice services. MUST have hospice and hospice clinical operations management experience.
As the Director of Clinical Services-Patient Care Manager (DCS/PCM), this position is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS/PCM establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 yrs of recent hospice experience required
- 1-2 yrs of hospice management experience required as Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical, Director of Nursing, Patient Care Manager, etc.
- Planning, budgets: Census / staffing ratio, KPI
- Strong QA/PI, Compliance experience
- Adaptable, Solutions Oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Partners with people, team builder, mentor/coach, good trainer
- Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- State licensed RN
- Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting
