LOCATION: Monterey (CA)
Seeking an experienced Hospice and/or Home Health RN with strong leadership and clinical management experience to join an excellent health care team. The Director of Nursing (Hospice) is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have at least two (2) years of Hospice /Home Health Clinical Management and Leadership experience
