LOCATION: Monterey (CA)
Seeking an experienced Nurse leader with hospice and/or home health industry experience to join an excellent health care team. As Director of Nursing (Hospice), this position is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. A strong leadership and clinical experience are a must!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have at least two (2) years of strong Hospice/Home Care clinical leadership/management experience
- Must possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels are consistent with professional standards and goals
