Seeking an experienced Clinical Educator (RN) to join an amazing team that believes in the power of people to create great care!
The Clinical Educator/RN develops and presents staff education under the guidance and direction of the clinical nurse specialist and/or the director of education. Will provide assistance to new graduates in the area of professional development, mentorship, and advisement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSN degree required
- Must have more than three (3+) years of clinical experience
- Experience in teaching/education strongly preferred
- Must have knowledge of nursing practice guidelines and equipment
- Demonstrated competency in teaching/learning process, organizational skills, and computer literacy
