LOCATION: Austin (TX)
Seeking an experienced RN/Asst. Director of Hospice Clinical Operations with proven verifiable success in the delivery of hospice and palliative care services. In this position, you will assist in the overall clinical operations of the multi-disciplinary team, ensure care is provided to the ultimate satisfaction of patients and their families ensuring clinical appropriateness and quality of patient care according to Medicare regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment
- Hospice industry experience
- Minimum of one (1) year hospice clinical operations supervisory experience
- Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations/administration
- Outstanding leadership, managerial skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills
