With a four-star rating from Medicare, as a Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital ranking, and accreditation by the DNV, this 43-bed independent public hospital district is seeking an experienced and motivated Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor to join their team.

The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor provides oversight of the department workflow, ensuring quality patient care in all Diagnostic Imaging modalities. The role reports directly to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and regularly interfaces with our team of Radiologists, Leadership team partners and employees.

We are seeking a highly self-motivated Leader with strong interpersonal skills who desires to work alongside a collaborative team. The key areas of responsibility for this opportunity include employee engagement, coaching for success, managing staffing levels, training, quality assurance initiatives, actively engaging in patient satisfaction measures, providing direct involvement with work process standards and metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery and patient care.


  • A minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in a related Diagnostic Imaging modality
  • Must maintain current state licensure issued by the WA Department of Health and national
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging department routines
  • Certification as a Technologist in field of specialty
  • Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience required
