Available opportunities for Physical Therapists in the hospital’s Outpatient and Acute Care settings of the Rehabilitation Department. The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

  • Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation
  • Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation (Potential to Crosstrain to Acute Care)
  • Part-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics and Neurology
  • On-Call/Per Diem Acute Care – Schedule: Variable schedule up to 32 hours per week, a minimum of 2 shifts a month and 2 Holidays a year

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.  Or
  • D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Coursework/Training – Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association 30 days of hire
  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position upon hire.
  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
