A multi-institutional health system is seeking an experienced Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join their nursing home team. The team is comprised of kind and caring professionals committed to delivering consistent care through long term relationships with their patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- NP Board Certification
- NYS license
- At least one (1) year of experience as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
