We are assisting a client in their search for a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join their esteemed cosmetic and plastic surgery medical team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care and exhibit proficiency across a range of plastic surgery procedures. Positions available: Full time (4-5 days per week) or Part time (2-3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs and expectations, providing expert advice and setting realistic outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure clear communication with patients regarding procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of plastic surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in performing a broad range of plastic surgery procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality
