If you have current multi-site executive management experience leading California Home Health & Hospice agencies, this may be the next opportunity for you! This position will be managing and leading multi-site home health and hospice agencies in Northern, San Bernardino county area. Base salary + bonus + additional incentives and relocation assistance!
You will be over CURRENT home health & hospice operations, plus future hospice & home health acquisitions in California.

Summary: Directs, coordinates, and administers all aspects of the organization’s operations including monitoring the daily operations with a focus on both strategic and tactical functions. Provides guidance and oversight to leadership and site level operations, assuring all aspects of assigned organization operations remain focused on strategic and tactical functions. Provide oversight: planning, implementing and evaluating program operations against established operational, clinical and business goals ensuring objectives are in accordance with organizations’ strategic plan and mission.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8-10 years home health / hospice operations experience AND at least 3-5 years of recent leadership experience is required
- Strong on budgets, P&L & tracking KPI required
- Experience with multisite operations, business modeling, and resource allocation and management is required
- The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of increased profitability, improved performance and process improvement
- Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
- Ability to utilize and administer the action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance and hold team members accountable
- Culture warrior
- Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of the organization
- Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Hospice & Home Health industry EMR’s required
