This Full Time position is with an Inpatient team and requires working occasional weekend coverage. As Physical Therapist, this position’s responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with physicians’ orders.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.


  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current Washington State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Inpatient acute experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
  • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
